WHAT FAITH CAN DO
Many people have different views about FAITH. It also has varied measures. Some say they believe they have great faith. Some say they don't even have faith at all. It might also mean believing in something else (apart from God). Like cancer patients who don't believe in God that much might say "I have faith in you,doctor, you can heal me."
The Bible says FAITH is believing something unseen, being convinced of the truth. But it's not merely saying "I have faith, in God." It doesn't make you faithful. You know what does? It's our actions. It's how we apply our faith in our lives. God has been testing our faith, but we don't respond appropriately.
What has been your test of faith lately? Have you realized that it is from God? God tests our faith by giving us less AND giving us more. If you think He's giving you less, do you STILL revere Him and say thanks? If you're given more, do you still remember Him, and acknowledge that blessings come from Him? FAITH is not just holding on to God when we're at the edge of a cliff and hanging between life and nearing death. FAITH is also a celebration!
Your faith in Jesus is a lifestyle. It doesn't just apply to our words. It doesn't end in just saying I HAVE FAITH IN GOD.
