ALTER EGO

Alter Ego. Sweet and Sultry. I have always liked contrast, especially applied in artworks. In make up, contrast is also one very important theory that almost every artist must know how to apply.

This another inspirational photo for contrast. There will always be a focus, a highlighted part of the face. Say, in this photo, the eyes are very heavy, thus being focus, everything else, esp the lips stay nude and subtle. That's contrast and I love this kind of application. 

This is the exact opposite of the picture above: here, the lips are highlighted and focused. The eyes stay lightly dusted with a matte neutral shade of brown. Love it!
